Returns

• 30 days from delivery to request a return, no reason needed.
• Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Trying a piece on to check the fit is fine and never affects your right to return it.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and refund you in full. Changed your mind: you cover the return postage. No restocking or admin fees, ever.
• Email hello@feetzdesigns.com before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct return address.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item.
