Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been in contact with skin.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items not in their original condition, items without original packaging, and items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@feetzdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items only. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Plating & Materials Please note that gold and silver plating may naturally fade over time with regular wear, exposure to water, sweat, perfume or chemicals. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund. All Feetz & Co. jewelry is made from gold-plated or silver-plated stainless steel. We recommend following our care instructions to extend the life of your jewelry. If you have known sensitivities to metals please check the product materials before purchasing — we cannot accept returns due to skin reactions caused by metal sensitivities.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Australia & New Zealand Customers in Australia and New Zealand may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, that cannot be excluded by this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@feetzdesigns.com.
