Payment Policy
Payment Policy
This page explains how paying for a Feetz & Co. order works: who you are paying, which methods we accept, when the money leaves your account, how your card details are protected, and what happens when a payment goes wrong. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, and nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
1. Who you are paying
Feetz & Co. is a trading name of Nevara Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. When you buy something on feetzdesigns.com your contract of sale is with Nevara Group LLC and with nobody else, and it is Nevara Group LLC that receives your payment.
Our full company details, including our registered address and the people authorised to act for the company, are on our Legal Notice page.
2. Payment methods we accept
We accept the following at checkout:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
- PayPal.
Not every method is available in every country, and the methods available to you are the ones shown on the payment step of checkout. If a method you expect to see is missing, it is not available for your country or your device rather than something you have done wrong.
We do not accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or payment on delivery, and we cannot take card details over the phone or by email. Anyone contacting you and asking for payment to Feetz & Co. by any of those means is not us; please forward the message to hello@feetzdesigns.com.
3. Who processes your payment
Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments, and wallet and PayPal payments by the relevant provider shown at checkout. These providers handle the transaction on our behalf under their own terms and privacy notices.
We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. That information passes directly from you to the payment provider over an encrypted connection. What reaches us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the last four digits of the card, and the billing details you entered.
Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the information you give us at checkout.
4. Currency
You can switch currency using the selector at the top of any page. We currently show prices in US dollars, pounds sterling, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars and New Zealand dollars.
The currency and the final amount are confirmed at checkout before you pay, and the amount you see on that final screen is the amount that will be taken. Your bank or card issuer may separately apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, particularly where the currency you paid in differs from the currency of your account. That fee is set by your bank, we do not receive any part of it, and it will not appear in your order confirmation.
5. Prices, tax and import charges
Prices shown on the website include any sales tax or VAT we are required to charge, which is confirmed at checkout before you pay. Shipping is shown separately: $4.99 per order, free on orders of two items or more.
Prices do not include import duties, tariffs or customs handling fees charged by the country your parcel is delivered to. Those are set by your government and, where they apply, are payable by the recipient on delivery. Section 8 of our Shipping Policy sets out what to expect in each country we ship to.
Prices, discounts and promotions can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it, as set out in your order confirmation.
6. When you are charged, and when the contract is formed
Payment is taken at checkout, at the moment you confirm your order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. That offer is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you pay, and not when you receive the automatic order confirmation. If we do not accept your order, or accept only part of it, we refund the difference in full.
You may see a temporary authorisation on your account before the charge settles. That is your bank reserving the funds, and it is normal. If an order is not completed, the authorisation is released automatically, usually within a few business days, though the exact timing is set by your bank.
7. Discount codes and automatic offers
Unless we say otherwise, one discount code applies per order and codes cannot be combined with each other. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or expire. Where a promotion has its own terms, those terms apply to that promotion.
Automatic offers, such as free shipping on orders of two items or more, are applied at checkout without a code.
A code has to be entered before you pay. We cannot apply a discount retrospectively to an order that has already been placed, because the payment has already been authorised for the amount you confirmed. If you forgot a code, contact us straight away and we will tell you what we can do.
We may cancel an order and void a code where a code has clearly been used in a way it was not intended for, such as an individual code shared publicly, or repeated use of a first-order code across multiple accounts. Where that happens we refund you in full.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how a discount is handled if you later return part of a promotional order. In short: you keep the benefit of the promotion on whatever you keep.
8. Payment security
The whole of feetzdesigns.com, including checkout, runs over an encrypted TLS connection. Card data is handled by PCI DSS compliant payment providers and is tokenised, so it is never held in our systems in a readable form.
Card payments in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area are subject to strong customer authentication, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment through its app, by a one-time code, or through 3-D Secure. That step happens between you and your bank; we do not see the credentials you enter.
What you can do at your end: use a payment method registered in your own name, keep your account credentials to yourself, and check that the address bar shows feetzdesigns.com before you enter anything. We will never email you asking for card details, and we will never ask you to pay for an order outside our checkout.
9. Fraud prevention and order checks
Every order passes through automated fraud screening provided by our payment platform. Occasionally an order is flagged — most often because the billing and delivery addresses differ, because the card was issued in a different country, or because several orders were placed in quick succession.
Where that happens we may contact you at the email address or phone number on the order to verify a detail before we dispatch. We ask only for confirmation of information you already gave us; we will never ask you for your full card number, your PIN, your security code, or a photograph of your card.
We may decline an order, or part of one, where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent, or where we reasonably believe it is placed for commercial resale. If we decline an order we contact you and refund anything you have paid in full. Declining an order is not an accusation, and it does not affect your ability to order from us again.
10. If your payment fails or is declined
A declined payment is almost always something at the bank's end rather than ours. The usual causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, a mistyped card number or postcode, a billing address that does not match the one your bank holds, an international transaction block, or a bank security check that was not completed in time.
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money is taken. You may still see a pending authorisation on your account for a short period; it will drop off by itself.
Try again with the correct details or a different method, and if it keeps failing, contact your bank first, since they can see the reason for the decline and we cannot. If it still will not go through, email us and we will help.
If a payment is reversed or fails after we have dispatched your order, we may ask you to pay by another method or to return the goods.
11. What appears on your statement
The descriptor on your bank or card statement may read Feetz, Feetz & Co. or Nevara Group LLC, depending on your bank and your payment method. PayPal payments usually show the PayPal descriptor alongside our name.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, please check for those three names and check with anyone else who has access to the card before contacting your bank. If it is still unclear, email us with the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card and we will identify it for you, usually the same day.
12. Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, to a different PayPal account, or by bank transfer, because the refund travels back along the same route the payment took.
Once a return is approved, we issue the refund within 10 business days of receiving the item, and usually sooner. After that, your bank or card provider decides when it appears on your statement, which typically takes a further 3 to 5 business days and occasionally up to 10 for international cards. If you are in the United Kingdom and cancel under your statutory right of withdrawal, we refund within 14 days of the goods reaching us, as the law requires.
If your card has expired or been replaced since you paid, the refund still reaches the same account in almost every case; your bank routes it for you. If the account has been closed entirely, contact your bank, as they hold the funds and can release them to you.
Full detail on what is refunded, and when, is in our Return and Refund Policy.
13. Pricing and checkout errors
Despite our best efforts, a page may occasionally show an incorrect price. Where an order was placed on the basis of an obvious error, we may cancel it and refund you in full before dispatch. We will always contact you first, and we will not use this to undo a deal simply because it turned out to be unprofitable.
If you believe you have been charged the wrong amount, or charged twice, email hello@feetzdesigns.com with your order number and the amounts you can see. Duplicate charges are usually a pending authorisation sitting alongside a settled one, and they resolve on their own, but we will check and correct anything that is genuinely wrong.
14. Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Almost every payment problem is resolved faster by email than by chargeback, and we would rather sort it out with you directly than through a card issuer.
We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to give you a final answer within ten business days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, reply and ask for it to be reviewed, and a different person will look at it. Nothing here affects your right to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer, or your statutory rights.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time, for example when we add a payment method or when the law changes. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date below shows when this page was last revised.
