Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn’t here, email us at hello@feetzdesigns.com and a person will reply, usually within 24 hours.

Ordering and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Every method available to you is shown at checkout before you pay.

Which currency am I charged in?

You can switch currency at the top of any page between USD, GBP, CAD, AUD and NZD. The amount shown at checkout, in the currency you selected, is the amount that will be taken. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee on top; that fee is set by your bank, not by us.

What will appear on my bank statement?

Feetz, Feetz & Co. or Nevara Group LLC, depending on your bank. Feetz & Co. is a trading name of Nevara Group LLC, and your contract of sale is with that company.

Can I use more than one discount code?

One discount code per order, and codes cannot be combined with each other. Automatic offers, such as free shipping on orders of two items or more, are applied at checkout without a code. Where a promotion has its own terms, those terms apply to that promotion.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, at any point before your order is dispatched. Email hello@feetzdesigns.com with your order number and the word cancel in the subject line, and if the parcel has not yet left our warehouse we will cancel it and refund you in full, usually the same day.

Because we dispatch within one business day, that window is short, so please write rather than wait. If the parcel has already gone, you can still return it under our 30-day policy once it arrives.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you additionally have a statutory right to cancel from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive it, whether or not it has been dispatched. See our Return and Refund Policy.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. Can you fix it?

Email us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. If the parcel has not yet left us we will change it at no charge. Once a parcel has been dispatched it cannot be redirected, so please check the apartment or unit number and postal code carefully before paying.

Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?

$4.99 per order, the same to every destination we serve. Free on orders of two items or more, applied automatically at checkout. Shipping is charged once per order, not per item.

Where do you ship?

The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not on that list our checkout will not accept your address, because we would rather turn an order away than take your money for a delivery we cannot reliably make.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 0 to 1 business day, and delivery takes 6 to 12 business days after dispatch. That is 6 to 13 business days in total, or roughly two to three weeks in calendar terms.

These are estimates based on what we actually see, not best-case figures. Customs clearance is the single biggest variable, and deliveries to rural or island addresses, peak periods and carrier disruption can push an order towards the longer end.

Where do you ship from?

Feetz & Co. is operated by Nevara Group LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. Orders are dispatched by our fulfillment partners, which include facilities outside your own country. That is why our delivery estimate is measured in weeks rather than days, and why customs may be involved even for a domestic-looking order. Our Shipping Policy explains this in full.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

Not at the moment. If we add an express service it will appear as a paid option at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

The price at checkout covers the goods and, where applicable, shipping. It does not include import duties or customs handling fees charged by the country your parcel is delivered to. Those are set by your government and, where they apply, are payable by the recipient.

In the United Kingdom, VAT on consignments of £135 or less is accounted for at the point of sale, so there should be nothing further to settle on delivery. In Australia and New Zealand, GST on low-value imports is generally collected at the point of sale as well. In Canada, parcels may attract GST or HST, duty and a carrier handling fee. In the United States, the low-value duty exemption has been suspended since August 2025, so shipments are subject to a customs entry regardless of value.

If you are asked to pay an import charge on a Feetz & Co. parcel, contact us before paying it and we will tell you what should and should not have been charged. Section 8 of our Shipping Policy sets out the position for each country.

Will you mark my parcel as a gift to reduce customs charges?

No. We declare every parcel accurately, at the price actually paid. Understating a value or misdescribing contents is illegal, invalidates any insurance on the parcel, and leaves you personally exposed if the declaration is checked.

Tracking and delivery problems

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, on every order. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier, and you can also follow your order at any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email address.

My tracking hasn't updated in days. Should I worry?

Not yet. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, and it is normal for it to go quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit or awaiting customs clearance. Silence in tracking is not the same as a lost parcel and it almost always resolves itself.

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel has passed the top of the 13 business day estimate, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier the same day.

My parcel is marked delivered but I don't have it.

First check the tracking for a safe-place photograph, ask anyone else at your address, and check with immediate neighbours, since parcels are often taken in on your behalf. If it still has not turned up, tell us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution with you. We do not treat a delivery scan as the end of the conversation.

What if my parcel is lost?

We send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not have to wait for the carrier to finish its investigation, and you do not have to claim from the carrier yourself. Until a parcel is delivered, it is our responsibility.

My order arrived damaged.

Photograph the item and the outer packaging before disposing of anything, and email the photographs to hello@feetzdesigns.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full including all shipping costs, and you will not be asked to pay to return a damaged item.

Part of my order arrived and the rest hasn't.

Where an order contains several items we sometimes send them in separate parcels so nothing waits on the slowest item, and each parcel gets its own tracking number. Check whether you received more than one dispatch email. If an item is missing from a parcel and there is only one tracking number, tell us and we will send the missing item at our cost.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my piece?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, and you do not need to give us a reason. Items need to come back unworn, undamaged, with any tags attached and in their original box, pouch or card.

Sale items, discounted items and items bought with a promotional code are returnable on exactly the same terms as everything else. We do not operate a final-sale category.

Can I try it on first?

Yes, and doing so never affects your right to return it. Try a piece on over clean, dry skin, before applying lotion, perfume or sunscreen, and ideally over a soft surface so a piece that slips does not get scratched.

What we cannot resell is jewelry worn beyond that point: pieces showing skin oils, makeup, self-tan or perfume residue, scratches, stretched or shortened chains, or signs of outdoor wear. Foot jewelry sits directly against the skin, and toe rings sit between the toes, so for the protection of the next customer we cannot accept an item that has been worn on the body.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@feetzdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the items you want to return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. For a damaged or incorrect item, attach a photograph.

We reply within one business day with a return authorization, the correct return address and packing instructions. Please wait for that reply before sending anything back: our returns are handled at a facility that only accepts authorized parcels, so an unannounced return may be refused by the carrier.

Once your return is authorized you have a further 14 days to post it. What matters is the date you send it, not the date it reaches us, so keep your proof of postage.

Who pays for return shipping?

We pay when an item is faulty, damaged in transit, not what you ordered, or not as described. We will either send you a prepaid label or reimburse your postage up to the cost of a standard tracked service in your country.

You pay when you have changed your mind, the size is not right, or you no longer want the item. You can choose your own carrier; we only ask that the service is tracked, because until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility. As a guide, a small tracked packet costs in the region of $5 to $15 depending on your country.

We do not charge a restocking fee, an administration fee or an inspection fee.

When will I get my refund?

We check returned items as soon as they arrive and email you to confirm. Once approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item, and usually sooner. After that, your bank decides when it appears on your statement, which typically takes a further 3 to 5 business days.

If you are in the United Kingdom and cancel under your statutory right of withdrawal, we refund within 14 days of the goods reaching us, as the law requires.

Do I get my original shipping charge back?

Yes, if you return your entire order within 14 days of delivery, or if the return is because something was faulty or incorrect. Where you return only part of an order, the original shipping charge stays with the part you kept.

If your order qualified for free shipping because it contained two or more items and a return brings it below that threshold, we may deduct the $4.99 standard shipping charge that would have applied to what you kept. We will always tell you before we do this.

My refund is late or missing.

Check your bank statement rather than only your app balance, and contact your card provider, since a posted refund is not always visible immediately. If more than 5 business days have passed since we emailed to say your refund had been issued, write to us and we will send you the refund reference from our payment provider so your bank can locate the payment directly.

I received a Feetz piece as a gift. Can I return it?

Yes. Contact us with the order number, or with the name and email address of the person who bought it. We can arrange a return and issue you a store credit for the value of the item, so the person who bought it for you is not told. Cash refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Can I exchange instead of returning?

Yes. Email us and tell us the size, style or finish you would prefer, and we will handle it whichever way is quicker for you:

  • Direct exchange. We reserve the replacement for you and dispatch it as soon as your return is on its way to us. You pay nothing extra unless the new item costs more, in which case we send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
  • Refund and reorder. You return the original for a refund and place a new order straight away. This is often fastest when the piece you want is selling quickly and you do not want to risk it going out of stock.

Where an exchange is needed because we sent the wrong item or the item was faulty, all shipping in both directions is on us.

Sizing and fit

How do I find my anklet size?

Every product page shows the measurements for that specific piece, and there is a size guide on the page wherever a piece comes in more than one size.

The most accurate way is the printable Feetz Sizer, linked from the size guide. Print it, check it against the ruler on the sheet, cut out the strip, wrap it around your ankle on or just below the ankle bone, and thread the pointed end through the slit. The number at the slit is your ankle measurement.

Without a printer: wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around your ankle, mark where it overlaps, and measure it flat against a ruler. For a chain anklet that drapes, allow about half an inch, roughly 1.3 cm, over your ankle measurement.

Are the toe rings adjustable?

Most of our toe rings have an open back that adjusts to fit any toe. Check the details on the individual product page, which state whether that particular style is adjustable.

What if my piece doesn't fit?

Trying it on to check the fit never affects your right to return it. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will either arrange a direct exchange for a different size, or take it back for a refund so you can reorder.

Barefoot sandals: do I get one or two?

Our barefoot sandals are sold individually, one per foot, and this is stated on each product page. Add two to your cart if you would like a pair. Two items also qualify your order for free shipping.

Materials and care

What is Feetz jewelry made of?

Our pieces are plated metal jewelry, finished in warm gold or bright silver. The exact material of each piece is stated in the details on its own product page, so please check there before ordering if the material matters to you.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are made to be worn every day and are generally well tolerated, but no metal suits absolutely everyone. If you know you react to a particular metal, check the material listed on the product page before you order.

If you do have a reaction, tell us. An unworn item can be returned in the usual way, and an item that causes a reaction because it is not made of the material we described is a faulty item, which we will refund in full.

Can I wear it in water?

Everyday contact with water is fine: handwashing, rain, a brief shower. To get the longest life out of the plating, take your piece off before extended swimming, and avoid chlorinated pools, salt water, and direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotion, sunscreen and cleaning products.

Will the plating fade?

Plating is a surface layer, and on any plated jewelry that layer wears thin over time. How quickly depends on how you wear it, and jewelry worn on the foot meets more friction than jewelry worn on the wrist. Gradual fading through normal wear is a characteristic of the material rather than a fault, and it is not covered by our defect cover.

Plating that flakes, blisters or discolours within days of first wear is a different matter, and we treat that as a defect. If you are not sure which you are looking at, send us a photograph and we will tell you honestly.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear, store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, and put your jewelry on last, after perfume, lotion and sunscreen have dried. Our jewelry care guide has the full routine.

What if my piece breaks?

Beyond the 30-day return window we cover manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. That includes clasps that fail in normal use, links or settings that come apart, and stones that fall out of their setting without impact. Send us photographs and we will replace the item, or refund it if we can no longer supply it.

The cover does not extend to normal wear, accidental damage, plating that fades over time, or items that have been altered, resized or repaired elsewhere. It sits on top of your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?

We photograph under studio lighting, but colour and finish can look different depending on your screen and its settings, so a small variation in shade is normal and is not a defect. Measurements can also vary slightly between individual pieces.
