Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Where do you ship?
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
7–13 business days from order to delivery. That's 1 business day for processing plus 6–12 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — sent by email the moment your order dispatches. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my piece?
Yes. 30 days to fall in love. If you don't, return it for a refund. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns. We cover it for damaged or defective items.
How do I start a return?
Email support@feetzdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with instructions.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Fastest path: return your original piece for a refund, then place a new order for the one you want.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve refunds within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing may add a few extra days.

What is Feetz jewelry made of?
Gold-plated or silver-plated stainless steel.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes — designed for sensitive skin. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the product page details before purchasing.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes. Showering and hand-washing are fine. Avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to extend the life of the plating.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Store in a dry place when not worn.
Will the plating fade?
Plating naturally fades over time with regular wear. This is normal and not considered a defect. Following our care tips will help extend the finish.
Sizing
How do I find my anklet size?
Wrap a strip of paper or string around your ankle bone, mark where it overlaps, then measure with a ruler. Add ½ inch (about 1.3 cm) for a comfortable drape.
Are toe rings adjustable?
Most of our toe rings are adjustable. Check the product page for sizing details on each style.
What if my piece doesn't fit?
Use the 30-day return for a full refund and order a different size or style.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once dispatched, we can't edit or cancel — you can return it after delivery.
