Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Estimated Delivery Times
Total time from order placed to delivery: 7–13 business days for all destinations. This is made up of 1 business day for order processing plus 6–12 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD per order. Orders of 2 or more items ship free, to all destinations.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside of the seller’s country of origin may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices. Feetz & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@feetzdesigns.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Feetz & Co. is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
