Shipping policy

This page explains how your order gets to you: how quickly we pack it, how long it travels, what it costs, what happens at customs, and what we do when something goes wrong on the way. Delivery is the part of an online order you have least control over, so we would rather over-explain it here than leave you guessing at the tracking page.

This policy works together with our Return and Refund Policy, which covers what happens once a parcel has arrived.

1. At a glance

  • We ship to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
  • Processing: 0 to 1 business day. Many orders leave us the same day.
  • Delivery: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch, so 6 to 13 business days in total.
  • Cost: 4.99 USD per order. Free on orders of two items or more, to every destination.
  • Tracking: every order, no exceptions. You receive a link by email when the parcel leaves us.
  • Import charges: not included in the price you pay us. See section 8, which sets out what to expect in your country.
  • If it goes wrong: a lost or undelivered parcel is our problem to solve, not yours. See section 12.

2. Where we ship

We currently deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not in that list, our checkout will not accept your address; we would rather turn an order away than take your money for a delivery we cannot reliably make.

We deliver to residential and business addresses. We can also deliver to most PO boxes and parcel lockers, although tracking updates for those are sometimes slower. We do not currently ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.

3. Processing time

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 0 to 1 business day. Orders that reach us early enough in the day are often dispatched the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country the order is dispatched from.

  • An order placed on a Tuesday morning usually leaves us that same day, and on Wednesday at the latest.
  • An order placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday is processed on the next business day.
  • During launches, sale periods and the weeks before Christmas, processing can take an extra day or two. We say so on the website when that is the case rather than letting you find out from a silent tracking page.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout and a separate dispatch email with tracking once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received the confirmation email within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us, because it usually means the email address was mistyped at checkout.

4. Delivery times

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 6 to 12 business days. Counting processing, that is 6 to 13 business days from placing your order. In calendar terms, allow roughly two to three weeks.

These are estimates based on what we actually see, not best-case figures. Most orders arrive comfortably inside the window. What pushes an order towards the longer end, or past it:

  • customs clearance, which is the single biggest variable and can add several days;
  • deliveries to rural, remote or island addresses, where the last leg is handled by a local postal service;
  • peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Lunar New Year;
  • weather, strikes and other disruption at the carrier.

We do not currently offer an express or next-day service. If we add one, it will appear as a paid option at checkout.

5. Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: 4.99 USD per order, the same to every destination we serve.
  • Free shipping on orders of two items or more, automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

Shipping is charged once per order, not per item. If you are shown a different currency, the charge is converted at checkout and the amount you see before you pay is the amount that will be taken.

The shipping charge is quoted before you confirm your order. We never add a handling fee, a packaging fee or a fuel surcharge after the fact. Please note that the price at checkout does not include import duties or taxes charged by your own country; see section 8.

6. Carriers and tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also follow your order at any time through our order tracking page using your order number and email address.

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, and it is normal for it to go quiet for several days while the parcel is in transit or awaiting customs clearance. Silence in tracking is not the same as a lost parcel, and it almost always resolves itself. Section 12 explains the point at which you should worry and what we do about it.

Your parcel is handed to an international carrier and, for the final leg, to the postal or courier service in your country: USPS or a comparable courier in the United States, Royal Mail or Evri in the United Kingdom, Canada Post in Canada, Australia Post in Australia, and NZ Post in New Zealand. The carrier is chosen per parcel and per destination, so the name in your tracking email may differ from the list above.

7. Where your order ships from

Feetz & Co. is operated by Nevara Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partners, which include facilities outside your own country. That is the reason our delivery estimate is measured in weeks rather than days, and the reason customs may become involved even for a domestic-looking order.

We would rather tell you this on the shipping page than let you discover it from a customs label. It has two practical consequences worth knowing before you order: delivery takes longer than a locally warehoused product, and your parcel may attract import charges as set out below.

Our registered office address and our warehouse address are published on this site for company identification and correspondence. Neither is a returns address. If you need to send something back, follow the process in our Return and Refund Policy and we will give you the correct address.

8. Import duties, taxes and customs

The price you pay at checkout covers the goods and, where applicable, the shipping charge. It does not include import duties, tariffs or customs processing fees levied by the country the parcel is delivered to. Those are set by your government, not by us, and where they apply they are payable by the recipient. Rules have changed significantly in most of our markets over the past two years, so here is the current position for each.

United States

The 800 USD duty-free de minimis exemption for low-value imports has been suspended since August 2025 and remains suspended. In practice this means that shipments entering the United States are subject to a customs entry and to duty at the rate applicable to the goods and their country of origin, whatever the value of the parcel. Depending on how your parcel is carried, the duty may already have been settled by the carrier, or it may be requested from you before delivery. If you are asked to pay an import charge on a Feetz & Co. parcel, contact us before paying it and we will tell you what should and should not have been charged.

United Kingdom

VAT on consignments valued at £135 or less is accounted for at the point of sale, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there should be nothing further to settle on delivery. Consignments above £135 are subject to import VAT and possibly duty on arrival.

Canada

Imports may attract GST or HST, provincial tax where applicable, duty, and a customs handling fee charged by the carrier. Canada Post and courier handling fees are typically in the range of 10 to 20 CAD per parcel.

Australia and New Zealand

GST on low-value imported goods is generally collected at the point of sale rather than at the border, so you should not be asked for anything further on delivery.

In every country

We declare every parcel accurately, at the price actually paid. We will not mark an order as a gift, understate its value, or misdescribe its contents. Those requests are common and we always decline them: they are illegal, they invalidate any insurance on the parcel, and they leave you personally exposed if the declaration is checked.

If you refuse to pay an import charge and the parcel is returned or destroyed, section 14 explains what happens to your money.

9. Orders sent in more than one parcel

Where an order contains several items, we may send them in separate parcels so that nothing waits on the slowest item. You are never charged more than once for shipping when this happens, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.

If part of your order arrives and the rest does not appear within a few days, check whether you received more than one dispatch email before contacting us. If an item is missing from a parcel and there is only one tracking number, tell us straight away and we will send the missing item at our cost.

10. Delivery addresses and changes

Please check your address carefully before paying, including the apartment or unit number and the postal code. Address errors are the most common cause of a parcel going astray, and once a parcel has been dispatched it cannot be redirected.

If you spot a mistake, email hello@feetzdesigns.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address. If the parcel has not yet left us, we will change it at no charge. Because orders can leave us the same day, that window is very short, so please write rather than wait.

If a parcel is undeliverable because the address given at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, and it comes back to us, we will contact you. You can either have it sent again, paying a new shipping charge, or take a refund of the item price less the original outbound shipping cost.

11. Delivery, missed deliveries and safe places

Most orders do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place or with a neighbor at the carrier's discretion. Where a carrier records a safe-place delivery, it usually attaches a photograph to the tracking; that is the first thing to check if a parcel is marked delivered but not in your hand.

If nobody is available, the carrier will normally leave a card and either attempt delivery again or hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point. Parcels are usually held for 7 to 21 days depending on the country, and are returned to sender after that. Please collect promptly, as a parcel that completes a return journey to our fulfillment partner takes weeks and cannot always be recovered.

12. Delayed, lost or missing parcels

Delayed. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has passed the top of the 13 business day estimate, contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier the same day.

Lost. If a parcel cannot be located, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. We do not make you wait for the carrier to finish its investigation before we act, and we do not ask you to claim from the carrier yourself. Until a parcel is delivered, it is our responsibility.

Marked delivered but not received. Please check the safe-place photograph in the tracking, ask anyone else at the address, and check with immediate neighbors, as parcels are sometimes taken in on your behalf. If it still has not turned up, tell us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution with you.

We do not treat a false delivery scan as the end of the conversation. If your parcel was scanned but never arrived, say so and we will deal with it.

13. Parcels damaged in transit

Please open your parcel and check the contents when it arrives. If an item is damaged, photograph the item and the outer packaging before disposing of anything and email the photographs to hello@feetzdesigns.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including all shipping costs, and you will not be asked to pay to return a damaged item.

14. Refused parcels and returns to sender

If a parcel is refused at the door, left uncollected at a pickup point, or returned because an import charge was not paid, it travels back to our fulfillment partner. Once we can confirm it has arrived back, we refund the price of the goods, less the original outbound shipping cost and any charges the carrier passes on to us for the return leg. We will tell you the amounts before we process the refund.

If you have simply changed your mind, refusing the parcel is not the cheapest route for you. Accepting it and returning it under our Return and Refund Policy is usually cheaper and always faster.

15. Peak periods and events outside our control

Our estimates assume normal conditions. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruption, industrial action, extreme weather, natural disasters or other events outside our reasonable control. What we can be held to is keeping you informed: if we know your order is affected, we will email you rather than wait for you to ask.

None of this limits your rights if an order is never delivered at all. A delay is a delay; an undelivered parcel is dealt with under section 12.

16. If we cannot dispatch on time

If we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated on this page, we will contact you with a revised date and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. Customers in the United States have this right under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, and we apply the same standard to every order regardless of destination.

You can also cancel any order yourself before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number and the word "cancel" in the subject line, and if the parcel has not gone we will cancel and refund it, usually the same day.

17. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. In the United Kingdom, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless a longer period was agreed, and you may treat the contract as at an end and claim a full refund if a delivery deadline you made essential is missed. In Australia and New Zealand, the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act require delivery within a reasonable time. Canadian provincial legislation and United States federal and state law give further protections. Where our policy and your statutory rights differ, whichever is better for you applies.
