Feetz & Co. is a trading name of Nevara Group LLC. Contracts of sale concluded through this website are concluded with Nevara Group LLC. We aim to answer every message within 24 hours.
Neither address above is a returns address. If you wish to return an item, please follow the process in our Return and Refund Policy and we will send you the correct address.

Nevara Group LLC is represented by Jaspar Maximilian Schmidt and Kushan Khajehi-Mahabadi, who are authorised to act on behalf of the company and to enter into contracts in its name.

3. Website hosting and technical providers
This website is hosted on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada. Shopify stores the data required to operate the store and processes it on our instructions.
Details of the other providers we use, including payment providers, shipping and tracking services, email and analytics tools, and what each of them does with your data, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and by the wallet and card providers shown at checkout, including PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number. The name appearing on your bank or card statement may be Feetz, Feetz & Co. or Nevara Group LLC.
All prices on this website are shown in the currency you have selected. The currency and the final amount are confirmed at checkout before you pay. Prices include any sales tax or VAT where we are required to charge it, and exclude import duties and taxes levied by your own country; our Shipping Policy explains what to expect per country.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the Feetz & Co. name and logo, product photography, product designs, page copy, graphics and the arrangement of the site, is owned by Nevara Group LLC or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal use, including copies of your order confirmation and of our policies. You may not reproduce our photography or copy for commercial purposes, resell our content, or use our name, logo or images in a way that suggests an association with, or endorsement by, Feetz & Co. without our written permission.
Any third-party names, brands or trademarks that may appear anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
6. Reporting an intellectual property concern
We take intellectual property seriously and we would rather hear from you than from a lawyer. If you believe that any content or product on this website infringes your rights, email hello@feetzdesigns.com with the subject line "IP notice" and include:
- the right you own and evidence of ownership, such as a registration number;
- the specific page URLs or product listings concerned;
- an explanation of why you believe the material infringes;
- your name, organisation and contact details.
Notices are handled by Jaspar Maximilian Schmidt and Kushan Khajehi-Mahabadi. We acknowledge them within two business days and remove or amend material where a claim is well founded.
7. Accuracy of product information
We describe our products as carefully as we can, including their materials and dimensions. Product photography is taken under studio lighting and colours can appear differently on different screens, so a small variation in shade between the photograph and the item you receive is normal and is not a defect. Measurements are given to the nearest millimetre and may vary slightly between individual pieces because our jewelry is finished by hand.
If a product page contains an error, for example an incorrect price or an incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel and fully refund any order placed on the basis of that error before it has been dispatched. Where this happens we will always contact you first.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, please write to hello@feetzdesigns.com first. Most complaints are resolved within a day or two, and we would always rather fix a problem directly than have it escalate.
Please include your order number and a description of what happened. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and aim to give you a final answer within ten business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a decision. If you are not satisfied with the answer, reply and ask for it to be reviewed; a different person will look at it.
If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may be able to take the complaint further:
- United Kingdom: Citizens Advice consumer service, and alternative dispute resolution or the courts.
- Australia: the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and your state or territory fair trading office.
- New Zealand: the Commerce Commission and the Disputes Tribunal.
- Canada: your provincial or territorial consumer protection office.
- United States: your state attorney general's consumer protection division and the Federal Trade Commission.
We are not currently registered with a certified alternative dispute resolution body, and we are not obliged to participate in one. This does not affect your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
10. Governing law
These notices and any contract of sale concluded through this website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Where the consumer law of your own country gives you stronger rights than those set out in our policies, those rights apply.

This website links to social media profiles and occasionally to third-party sites. We check external links when we add them, but we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. Following an external link means leaving feetzdesigns.com, and the privacy policy and terms of the site you land on will apply from that point.
